Job Summary:

As a Full-Time Copywriter and Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and persuasive content across various platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, design, and product teams to create content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation:Write clear, compelling, and creative copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.

- Brand Voice: Maintain and develop the brand voice and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

- Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate ideas and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.

- SEO Optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices into copy to increase web traffic and improve search engine rankings.

- Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.

- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketing team members, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and campaign goals.

- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and style.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in copywriting and content creation, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.

- Skills:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your copywriting and content creation work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with graphic design or basic knowledge of design tools.
